Smashmatchup.com uses tournament results for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate from start.gg.

Sets and win rates

The matchup statistics count sets where both characters and the winning entrant are known. Sets with missing characters or no winner, and sets between the same character, are excluded.

The default statistics window is the last 12 months; the data pipeline can configure a different window or use all recorded tournaments. The statistics sections display their window.

A matchup win rate is the number of set wins divided by counted sets, rounded to a whole percentage. It is shown only above 10 sets. These are set results, not individual game results.

Video sources

VODs use YouTube video IDs and are played through YouTube embeds. When a starting timestamp is recorded, playback starts at that point. Videos are not hosted by smashmatchup.com.
